Poor Customer Service

I rented a moonbounce and a snow cone machine. The snow cone machine didnt work and never came on. The gentelement that picked the moonbouce and machine up was very rude. He told me it was nothing to do because I should've called him in the middle of a party. I paid $85 for a machine that didnt work
